Doctorate/PhD in Prehistory and Historical Archaeology or a related discipline Knowledge of modern archaeology, demonstrated through relevant training or practical experience Basic knowledge of related historical disciplines such as history, art history, or cultural studies Experience working in a team and on interdisciplinary research projects Knowledge of image-based modelling and geographic information systems, preferably QGIS, is desirable German proficiency at B2 level during the initial period Written and spoken English proficiency at C1 level Applications must include a letter of motivation, CV, brief project proposal, PhD thesis, leaving certificates, and further documents if necessary Core Competencies
