Responsibilities
Administration and operational maintenance of Windows and Linux infrastructures.
Managing a large fleet of servers and equipment distributed across multiple sites.
Ensuring availability, stability and performance of production environments.
Troubleshooting operations and resolution of complex incidents.
Supporting transition phases and knowledge transfers within teams.
Administering and evolving VMware vSphere environments.
Participating in migration and upgrade projects for virtualization platforms.
Collaborating with infrastructure and application teams to ensure consistency of technical architectures.
Contributing to optimizing infrastructure performance and capacity.
Automating operational and administrative tasks.
Working with Ansible environments to industrialize system operations.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of tools, processes and operating practices.
Requirements
Degree in computer science or information systems (or equivalent).
Strong expertise in Windows Server environments.
Solid Linux skills, specifically Red Hat 8 and Red Hat 9.
Excellent command of VMware vSphere.
Experience administering critical or high-volume infrastructures.
Good knowledge of automation using Ansible.
Experience in Agile / Scaled Agile environments is a plus.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams.
Autonomous, rigorous and service‑oriented.
