- Conduct planning and specification meetings with clients
- Develop the final house floor plan
- Define the scope of work for the roof, façade, and windows
- Handle bathroom and kitchen planning
- Prepare and monitor the required building application documents
- Support architectural draftspeople with technical expertise
Requirements
- University or university of applied sciences degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related construction field
- Authorization to submit building applications is an advantage but not required
- Independent, self-directed, and customer-focused approach to work
- Friendly and communicative manner
- Strong command of German, both written and spoken (at least C1 level)
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the digitalization of planning processes
