- Design, build, modify, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio
- Build and support integrations using EIBs, APIs, Cloud Connectors, XML, and XSLT
- Monitor daily integration activity, troubleshoot errors, and perform root-cause analysis
- Maintain and optimize existing Workday and UKG/Kronos integrations
- Support integrations throughout development, testing, deployment, go-live, and production support
- Partner with HRIS, HR, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and develop integration solutions
- Support future integration development using Workday Orchestrate
- Provide backup Workday HCM system administration and security support as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of Workday HCM/integration experience
- Strong hands‑on Workday Studio development experience required
- Experience with EIBs, APIs/web services, XML, XSLT, and Cloud Connectors
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting Workday integrations in a production environment
- Experience with UKG/Kronos
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Workday Orchestrate experience or exposure preferred
- Workday HCM system administration and security experience preferred
- Workday Pro Certification in Integrations and/or Studio preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
