ICT System & Network Engineer in Zug

• Manage and continuously improve the Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure cloud services
• Manage and optimize hybrid server environments and infrastructure platforms
• Ensure secure identity and access management in a Microsoft hybrid environment
• Operate, support, and maintain the corporate network infrastructure, including core and access switching, VLANs, and network segmentation
• Operate, support, and maintain secure network access and connectivity, including NAC and firewalls
• Lead and support IT infrastructure and network projects from planning through implementation
• Continuously improve IT systems and security architecture to ensure availability, scalability, and security
• Manage external partners and consultants
• Evaluate, test, and procure new hardware and software solutions
• Design and develop technical concepts and IT architecture solutions
• Develop and implement IT processes based on business and operational requirements
• Monitor security incidents and respond accordingly to minimize risks and operational impact
• Ensure continuous software updates, patching, and lifecycle management
• Support the IT Service Desk with daily operations, escalations, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a similar ICT systems engineering or network engineering role
• IT training, advanced technical education, or a degree in computer science or a related field
• Extensive experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid Active Directory environments
• Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft hybrid cloud components
• Experience implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure services in hybrid environments
• Experience with enterprise networking and network security
• Knowledge of Cisco and Aruba technologies is an advantage
• Knowledge of Aruba ClearPass, Forescout CounterACT, Barracuda CloudGen Firewall, and Barracuda Control Center is an advantage
• Ideally, experience with Aruba access points, Aruba Mobility Controllers, and Aruba Mobility Conductor
• Ability to plan, implement, and support IT services in complex environments
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
