Requirements
- Strong experience building modern web applications at scale
- Deep knowledge of React and TypeScript
- Pragmatic approach to architecture
- Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and move work forward
- Comfortable making decisions based on context and data
- Passion for product and solving real user problems
- Experience collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Data
- Strong communication skills in English
- Based in Zurich or willing to relocate
- Swiss or EU passport holder, or another permit allowing work in Switzerland
- Nice to have: Node.js or simple backend work in Go
- Nice to have: SQL query writing and basic analysis
- Nice to have: Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as MAU, ARR, conversion rates, or churn
