Responsibilities

• Optimize and standardize international processes to ensure seamless collaboration between the offices in Switzerland, US and Singapore.
• Promote a results-oriented culture and push digital transformation as well as continuous improvement.
• In cooperation with the IT and Business Services department, implement automation solutions worldwide to boost efficiency and decision-making.
• Collaborate with the CFOs to analyze key metrics and target improvements.
• Lead, mentor and encourage teams in a development-oriented, motivating and cross-functional manner.
• Ensure a harmonious, respectful and productive working environment and work closely with Senior Management and the HR department.

Qualifications

• Agile, convincing leader with a strong academic background and solid global experience, preferably in a Commodity Trading company.
• At least ten years of experience in a similar role and proven expertise in digital transformation processes.
• Analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking and strong interpersonal skills.
• Efficient, detail-oriented and strategic working style.
• Excellent English language skills; any other language is a plus.
