IT Project Manager

Project management on an international stage: Strong leadership and agility are required! Based in Zug, Kolmar Group AG is a global enterprise, serving the Petrochemical and Oil Products industry and has a manufacturing plant for Biofuels in Connecticut, USA. We have been asked to find a motivated and committed individual for the position of IT Project Manager Reporting directly to the Steering Committee, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of related projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring project meet constraints and align with company policies while enabling a smooth business and IT transition. As the main point of contact for people involved in projects, you will monitor progress on an ongoing basis, provide regular updates, and prepare various presentations. Your duties will include implementing and upholding proven project management processes, as well as identifying and applying solutions. You will conduct risk assessments, develop strategies to minimise risks, and allocate resources effectively to ensure that corporate objectives are met. We are looking for a flexible, resilient and convincing senior individual with a graduate-level qualification in business administration, project management or a related area. You will also have 5+ years’ professional experience as a IT-project manager and be used to looking after several projects at the same time. Your excellent leadership qualities, project management and communication expertise as well as great social skills contribute to a motivating, appreciative working athmosphere. You will work efficiently and effectively and have a strong eye for detail. You will also have excellent English language skills and be familiar with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira). We look forward to receiving your application.
