The role ensures electrical systems are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards. /ppThe Electrical Package Manager provides leadership to subcontractors, suppliers and design interfaces, ensuring systems are installed, tested and handed over efficiently in compliance with client and regulatory requirements. /ph3Responsibilities /h3h3Package Management /h3ulliDevelop and implement package execution plans, schedules and budgets for electrical systems /liliManage subcontractors and suppliers delivering electrical works, ensuring performance meets project standards /liliOversee procurement, logistics and installation of electrical materials, equipment and switchgear /liliMonitor progress, manage variations and maintain cost control /li /ulh3Quality, Safety and Compliance /h3ulliEnsure electrical systems comply with design specifications, project drawings and industry standards (e.g. IEC, BS, NFPA, IEEE) /liliMaintain health, safety and environmental standards across all electrical works /liliReview and approve quality documentation including ITPs, method statements, FATs and SATs /liliSupport commissioning and handover by ensuring deliverables are complete and verified /li /ulh3Coordination and Communication /h3ulliAct as primary point of contact for all electrical package delivery matters /liliCoordinate with mechanical, process, instrumentation and BMS packages to ensure seamless integration /liliLead electrical package meetings, providing progress updates and risk reports to project leadership /liliLiaise with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and stakeholder alignment /li /ulh3Essential /h3h3Experience /h3ulliStrong technical knowledge of electrical systems including LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting, fire alarms and life safety systems /liliProven experience managing electrical packages on large-scale construction or engineering projects /liliStrong leadership and organisational skills with ability to manage subcontractor performance /liliGood knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards relevant to electrical works /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills /li /ulh3Desirable /h3ulliExperience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, data centre or advanced manufacturing projects /liliFamiliarity with commissioning and integrated system testing (IST) requirements /liliKnowledge of control systems, instrumentation and BMS integration /liliExperience using BIM and digital project delivery tools /liliCommercial awareness, including contract administration and cost management /li /ulh3Essential /h3h3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent technical qualification /liliDemonstrated experience in electrical project or package management on Tier 1 projects /liliRelevant health and safety training (e.g. Safe Pass, CSCS or equivalent) /li /ulh3Desirable /h3ulliChartered Engineer status or working towards professional membership (e.g. Engineers Ireland, IET, CIBSE) /liliPostgraduate qualification in project management or construction management /liliVendor-specific training or certification in switchgear, power distribution or control systems /liliTraining in GMP, cleanroom or other regulatory compliance relevant to life sciences and technology sectors /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3ulliCompetitive salary /lili26 days annual leave plus additional company days /liliPension and benefits /liliUnlimited learning and development opportunities /liliMuch more /li /ulh3Our People and Recruitment Commitment /h3pAt Sisk Group our people are at the heart of our success.
