Position: Technical Support (m/w/d)

Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours/week), in a continuous shift operation

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety, fire protection, order, and cleanliness checks
• Train new employees in their tasks
• Monitor and supply machines with raw, auxiliary, and operational materials
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Adjust quality parameters according to specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Support unforeseen repairs
• Ensure maintenance work is carried out by production
• Operate technical plant equipment
• Replace pellet containers
• Assist with the insertion and removal of strips
• Set quality parameters during product changes
• Represent shift supervisor when needed
• Support fiber glass production line leader
• Oversee cleaning activities

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical field
• Several years of production experience
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office
• Good product knowledge and technical understanding
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written
• Reliable and meticulous work approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in shifts and high flexibility
