With this business unit, Johnson & Johnson is a leader in cardiac electrophysiology. Electrophysiology is a specialized field for investigating and treating heart rhythm disorders in cardiology. Its task is to diagnose and curatively treat arrhythmias (especially tachycardia) during a cardiac catheter examination using electrode catheters.

Position: Trainee Sales – Johnson & Johnson Electrophysiology Associate Clinical Consultant (m/w/d)

Starting from 01.10.2025 in Germany, Region: Bavaria. This entry-level position is for individuals with little to no experience in electrophysiology. After successful onboarding and independent customer and project management, there are prospects for advancement to Clinical Consultant or Territory Manager.

Your tasks & responsibilities

• Consulting and supporting medical professionals in operating the CARTO 3 Navigation System during electrophysiological procedures.
• Representing and promoting the product portfolio in minimally invasive electrophysiology, increasing system utilization, and contributing to company success.
• Analyzing customer needs, building, and developing customer relationships.
• Using evidence-based approaches to find the right, modern solutions for customers, advancing the development and digitalization of electrophysiological labs.
• Being the first point of contact for technical issues and acting as a bridge between customers and technical support.

Qualifications

• Enjoyment and enthusiasm, team spirit, responsibility, innovation, and solution orientation.
• Strong communication skills, customer focus, self-organization, and creative problem-solving skills.
• High technical affinity and interest in complex technical and scientific discussions.
• Degree in a scientific-technical field, medical technology, business administration, health economics, medical management, or related fields, or successful medical training.
• Willingness to travel (at least 80%) within the region, fluent in German and good English skills.
