Job Description We are looking for a Global Engineering Technology Intern (m/f/d) to join our team at our Schaffhausen site in Switzerland.
You will support the site Reliability Organization in the following topics in multiple departments:
Analyze downtime data and identify poor performing equipment within the Parenterals Department
Drive root cause problem analysis to identify issues affecting equipment reliability
Develop and implement reliability projects to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation of reliability initiatives
Collaborate with maintenance teams to provide technical expertise and support for maintenance plans
Adjust maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime
Monitor equipment performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Utilize data‑driven decision‑making processes to enhance efficiency and optimize asset utilization
