Job Function Pharmaceutical Sales - Sales - Immunology (Commission)
Job Description Key Account Manager Immunology in the South and central regions of Austria (Salzburg/Steiermark/Kärnten/part of Upper Austria).
Responsibilities
Responsible for self managed service of long term customers (medical professionals in hospital and outpatient settings) in your region and ensure prescription and optimal use of our products as a trusted partner.
Responsible for continuous account analysis and account planning in your area.
Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Medical colleagues to actively support implementation of the national brand strategy, steering customer interactions across all channels in your area.
Comfortable with using all communication tools and digital and analog customer interaction channels.
Proactively and independently organise educational events to promote scientific exchange.
Ensure compliance with all Johnson & Johnson compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
Dynamic personality, ideally with a completed university degree and a successful track record in pharmaceutical sales (Pharmareferentenprüfung required).
No prior sales experience? You still have the prerequisites to become an outstanding Key Account Manager - you can gain first experience with us.

Strong strategic and analytical thinking, customer and service orientation.

Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary starting from EUR 65,000 plus variable share and benefits. Base pay range for this position is €62,200.00 - €99,935.00. We offer an annual bonus with a set target based on performance, sales commissions, vacation days, parental leave (minimum 12 weeks), bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, well being reimbursement, financial, physical and mental health programs, service anniversary and recognition awards, and opportunity to participate in several insurance plans.
