Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Transcend Manager POM/MAKE Manager to steer the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA global process template within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
The role is fully onsite in Titusville, NJ, with alternate locations considered.
Key Responsibilities Lead global deployment of functional process templates across regions and business units, aligning business needs, regulatory requirements, and SAP practices.
Drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA functional templates, leveraging standard capabilities and scalable solutions to support business performance, compliance, and long‑term maintainability.
Advance SAP Clean Core principles by promoting configuration‑based approaches, standard functionality, and approved extensibility solutions.
Lead cross‑functional teams of business SMEs, IT partners, SAP specialists, validation professionals, and system integrators to deliver Value Stream initiatives.
Collaborate with Value Stream leaders across Procure‑to‑Pay, Finance, Manufacturing, and related functions to design and implement integrated end‑to‑end processes.
Build partnerships across business, program, and technical teams to align priorities, scope, timelines, risks, and change readiness.
Lead solution design, configuration reviews, data migration validation, testing strategy, and end‑to‑end walkthroughs.
Lead testing and validation activities, including Functional Testing, UAT, and compliance validation.
Support creation and approval of validation work per QA and regulatory requirements.
Partner with Change Management to build user readiness, support adoption, and enable successful implementation.
Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and process documentation for regulated users and business collaborators.
Qualifications
Education: University level degree in quality, business/IT technical, or scientific area or comparable education/experience.
Minimum six years of proven experience.
Experience supporting end‑to‑end Value Stream processes in a regulated Gx P environment.
Experience designing and delivering scalable SAP solutions using Clean Core principles.
Proven ability to lead through influence, facilitate collaboration, and build partnerships across business, technology, compliance, and global teams.
Preferred Knowledge of validation and compliance practices within regulated environments.
Experience contributing to cross‑functional projects within pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Solid understanding of SAP technologies and digital business solutions.
