Associate Clinical Consultant (d/m/w) – Außendienst – Trainee Sales Consultancy – Johnson & Johnson Electrophysiology

Location

Region: Niedersachsen and nördliches NRW (Wolfsburg, Hannover, Oldenburg, Osnabrück, Münster, Bielefeld).

Responsibilities & Duties

• Provides consulting and support for medical staff in using the CARTO® 3 navigation system during electrophysiological procedures.
• Acts as sales representative and primary contact for the company’s minimally invasive electrophysiology product portfolio, highlighting clinical applications of the CARTO® 3 system and driving utilization.
• Analyzes customer needs and goals, responsible for ongoing development and expansion of customer relationships.
• Applies evidence‑based solutions and actively promotes the advancement and digitalisation of EP laboratories.
• Serves as primary contact for clients regarding product issues or technical defects, acting as liaison between customers and the technical team for troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer‑orientation; enjoys building and maintaining relationships.
• Self‑organisation and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• High technical affinity; interested in understanding complex technical aspects and scientific literature.
• Academic background in natural‑science‑technical studies, medical technology, business administration, health economics, medical management or related field, or successful completion of a medical‑related training.
• Willingness to travel for out‑of‑office work (at least 80% within assigned region) and fluent German and good English in speaking and writing.
