Job Description We are seeking a Product Manager to lead cross‑functional AI & Digital solutions for our Orthopaedics supply chain. The role will drive strategy, develop business cases, manage product portfolios, and lead Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior stakeholders to create vision and articulate short‑ and long‑term product strategy and life‑cycle plan.
Develop business cases and financial plans for portfolio.
Work with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute solutions on time, at cost, meeting business and quality standards.
Drive life‑cycle decisions balancing customer experience, strategic value, cost, and timelines.
Establish key performance metrics and collaborate with partners to define and measure value capture.
Maintain integrity of product portfolio database/tool.
Manage communication of product execution timelines and performance with stakeholders.
Partner with customers on change management plans and ensure product adoption.
Support recruiting, development, and training for product team.
Assist Scrum Master in identifying and resolving project issues, managing risks.
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields; advanced degree preferred.
At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain or software development with leadership delivering digital or software products.
Experience working in Agile environments and applying Scrum principles.
Extensive experience setting and delivering strategy with full accountability.
Customer obsession and strong facilitation and communication skills.
Bias toward action and strong decision‑making capabilities.
Ability to influence without direct authority and resolve conflicts constructively.
Financial acumen to build and manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with changing priorities.
Preferred
Familiarity with end‑to‑end supply‑chain domains such as planning, manufacturing, procurement, distribution in MedTech.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience with systems thinking, analytics, experiment design, and software development processes.
UX/UI design experience or partnership with designers.
Experience with Figma, Adobe XD.
Experience managing technology vendors.
Previous software development experience.
Familiarity with AI concepts.
Agile/Agile Scrum professional certifications.
Additional Information
