Overview In this role you will lead the European Health Data Space (EHDS) programme for Johnson Johnson Innovative Medicine. You will define strategy, governance, and the delivery model, translating regulatory requirements into sustainable capabilities. You will manage a broad, cross‑functional team across Global Development, Legal, Privacy, Regulatory Affairs, Technology, and Data Transparency to drive adoption of EHDS. This position offers high impact in shaping data governance and transparency across the organization, with collaboration across global sites and external partners. Leistungen / Benefits competitive salary extensive benefits package flexible working environment career development opportunities well-being programs travel support and recognition programs Verantwortungsbereiche Set the EHDS program management strategy and delivery approach aligning regulatory, business, and technology needs Lead the integrated program plan, milestones, outcomes, and success metrics across multiple workstreams (Regulation Monitoring, Operating Model, Technology Enablement, Data Inventory, change management, governance) Direct program execution with clear accountability for scope, quality, resources, and priorities Establish and oversee governance, decision rights, escalation, reporting, and risk/issue/dependency management Advise senior governance bodies on direction, trade-offs, resource needs, and decisions Navigate stakeholders to align scope, requirements, priorities, and sequencing across functions and tech teams Anticipate and mitigate strategic and operational risks and ensure timely resolution Oversee resource planning, including external support, and transition capabilities to internal ownership Ensure tech activity is integrated with business requirements and operating processes Define and lead the program change strategy including engagement, training, readiness, and adoption Develop executive materials and delivery status reporting for leadership Direct external advisors, vendors, and communications partners to align with program objectives Represent J familiarity with EHDS, GDPR, clinical data transparency, and data governance preferred Strong influencing and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders; ability to navigate ambiguity Excellent written and verbal communication translating regulatory/technical complexity to clear plans Leadership in problem solving, prioritization, and decision making; experience leading diverse teams or vendors Willingness to travel domestically or internationally Leadership Strategic thinking Communication Program management Portfolio management Risk and dependency management
