Portfolio Analytics & Digital Lead-EMEA

Overview In this role you will strengthen analytics, reporting, and digital tooling to support portfolio and financial decision making. You will apply advanced data analytics to accelerate portfolio segmentation and cost improvement, collaborating across functions to drive tangible outcomes. You will implement and own digital reporting, enable efficient project financials, and deliver learning materials to foster adoption. This position offers impact across the Trauma and Extremities Supply Chain platform and a path toward strategic business partnering. Verantwortungsbereiche Use analytical and AI tools (e.g., Alteryx) to assess SKU portfolio for optimization and EOL reviews. Collaborate with Finance on COGS and PPV analytics, establishing metrics and DRIs. Implement digital tools for accurate, recurring project financial reporting with Project Managers. Develop and maintain performance reporting (e.g., Power BI dashboards) for Portfolio initiatives. Create learning materials and trainings to drive change management for new reports and data. Zentrale Anforderungen Bachelor degree or equivalent; minimum four years of relevant experience Supply Chain experience Strong data curiosity and analytical ability to translate complex data into actionable items Hands-on experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Excel, and Tableau Ability to simplify complex information for leadership audiences Proven success influencing across a complex organization and operating in ambiguity cross-functional collaboration communication problem solving Power BI Alteryx Excel
