This role is responsible for deploying the standardized value stream solution globally, ensuring strict alignment to SAP Clean Core principles while crafting only legally required localizations.
The ideal candidate will bring deep functional process expertise on a supply chain function (Make and Process Order Management), a proven understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the life sciences sector, and a collaborative leadership approach to successfully guide cross-functional teams through the ERP transformation journey.
The position will directly lead a functional team of process authorities.
Additionally, they will have matrix leadership over contractors, and support personnel such as CEBA and PMO team members.
The Process Manager will be a key face to the site personnel for the specific deployment and will need to be able to shape and influence in the face of resistance to change.
Key Responsibilities Global Template Deployment Lead the deployment of a global functional process template across regions and business units, aligning business needs, regulatory requirements, and SAP leading practices to drive consistent and effective operations.
Drive adoption of the SAP S/4HANA functional template by leveraging standard capabilities and scalable solutions that support business performance, compliance, and long‑term maintainability.
Advance SAP Clean Core principles by promoting configuration‑based approaches, standard functionality, and approved extensibility solutions to enhance system sustainability, scalability, and continuous innovation.
