Overview
In this role you drive analytics and digital tooling to strengthen portfolio and financial decision making within DePuy Synthes Orthopedics. You will accelerate portfolio segmentation, COGS improvements, and project management through advanced data analytics. You’ll partner with Finance to track roadmaps and build recurring, accurate reporting for project teams. You’ll also develop leadership-ready dashboards and learning materials to enable adoption of new reports. This is a cross-functional role with impact on strategic and tactical decisions across the supply chain.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Use analytics and AI tools (e.g., Alteryx) to analyze SKU portfolio for optimization and End of Life reviews
- Collaborate with Finance on COGS and PPV analytics, establishing metrics and DRIs
- Implement digital tools for accurate, recurring project financial reporting with Project Managers
- Develop and maintain performance reporting mechanisms (Power BI dashboards) for portfolio initiatives
- Create learning materials and trainings to drive change management for new reports and data
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum four years of relevant experience in supply chain
- Strong data curiosity and analytical acumen with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Excel, Tableau
- Ability to present complex information clearly to leadership
- Proven ability to influence across a complex organization and navigate ambiguity
- Preferred: supply chain planning experience; project management experience; financial acumen (COGS, GP, OpEx/CapEx)
