Job Overview
LABAL GmbH is seeking two employees in Munich for the long-term support of a customer process and the enhancement of logistical data quality. The ideal candidate is a generalist who enjoys a mix of analysis, ticket and error handling, administration, and support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the contact person for designated topics within a larger international team responsible for data quality for the customer.
- Analyze error patterns, propose improvements, and participate in quality measures.
- Handle tickets, emails, and calls reporting data errors.
- Support and advise suppliers and freight forwarders via phone and email.
- Onboard new suppliers and freight forwarders to the customer\’s EDI system.
- Understand and improve logistical processes.
- Monitor data quality and report activities.
Qualifications
- Interest in technical and logistical processes.
- Experience in service/support hotlines is a plus but not mandatory.
- Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
- Precise, structured, and reliable work style.
- Good communication skills and spelling in German and English.
