You will help develop our next-generation drone and base station and improve existing products. /ppWorking with our engineering and production teams, you will contribute to defined mechanical development tasks, from CAD and drawings through prototyping and testing. You will help turn ideas into practical hardware and take on individual development topics as you become familiar with our products. /ph3Tasks /h3ulliDesign and revise mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks, and prepare technical drawings and bills of materials. /liliBuild, assemble and test prototypes, using measurements and test results to improve your designs. /liliDesign jigs and fixtures to support prototyping, assembly and testing. /liliApply design-for-manufacturing and assembly principles, incorporating feedback from the team, suppliers and production to improve fit, assembly and serviceability. /liliWork across engineering disciplines to integrate components, resolve mechanical issues and document designs, tests and assembly procedures. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field, respectively equivalent practical experience. /liliPractical experience designing, building and testing mechanical components or assemblies, gained through employment, internships, university projects or personal projects. /liliProficiency in 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks, with a solid understanding of technical drawings, tolerances, materials and design for manufacturing and assembly. /liliHands-on experience with prototyping, mechanical assembly and testing, and the ability to turn findings into reliable, manufacturable designs. /liliGood written and spoken English and a collaborative working style, sound engineering judgement, with an interest in sharing knowledge and developing your expertise. /liliA creative, practical approach to solving problems, exploring new ideas and refining them through testing and feedback. /li /ulh3Nice to have : /h3ulliExperience with drones, robotics, RC aircraft or other electromechanical systems. /liliExposure to design for CNC machining, injection moulding, sheet metal or vacuum casting. /liliExperience with thermal management, particularly thermal simulation and validation through physical measurements and testing. /liliExperience with structural analysis or FEA. /liliFamiliarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GDT) or SolidWorks PDM. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliFlexibility to work from home when tasks allow, without fixed weekly work-from-home days. /liliComprehensive training on products and production procedures. /liliHands-on experience with advanced drone and robotics technology. /liliOn-site parking, occasional team lunches, and team events. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
