Founder's Associate - Internship in München

Building the future of robotics in Munich

We're an early-stage robotics startup founded out of TUM MIRMI and backed by €1M+ in pre-seed funding from a leading European VC. Our mission is to scale robotic manufacturing applications in real industrial deployments.

As a Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with the founder across nearly every aspect of building the company. From strategy, finance and hiring to business development and marketing, you'll gain a front-row seat to what it takes to build a venture-backed tech startup from the ground up.

Your responsibilities

• Support the founder in day-to-day company building

• Build streamlined, AI-native business operations

• Support sales, finance, strategy and business development

• Manage and continuously improve our online presence

• Manage employer branding, hiring pipeline and onboarding process

• Take ownership of multi-disciplinary projects wherever help is needed

What we are looking for

• Currently pursuing a masters degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Management & Technology or a related field

• Relevant experience in high-pace environments, like startup, consulting or banking

• Technical curiosity and the motivation to understand robotics and manufacturing

• Excellent communication skills in German and English

• Structured, proactive and highly self-driven

• Experience with Notion, GitHub, Lovable, n8n, Zapier, Claude Cowork or similar

• Experience in the manufacturing industry or coding experience makes you stand out

During your first months, you will have taken on core operational tasks, supported strategic decision-making alongside the founders, and streamlined internal workflows. You will quickly learn how an early-stage robotics company scales its initiatives and builds impactful products.
