Tasks
- Phone pre-qualification: Your goal is to call our international leads and systematically determine who would be a good fit for collaboration. For suitable contacts, you'll schedule a follow-up appointment for our sales team.
- Data maintenance: Use our CRM system and keep customer information up to date.
- Relationship management: Maintain customer relationships through regular communication as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent English at C2 level / native
- Time flexibility: Working hours may vary.
- Strong communication skills: You know how to ask the right questions and listen well to others.
- Technical interest: You'll be qualifying prospects for programming courses, so a basic interest in technology is required.
- Willingness to learn: You're open to learning new things.
