A core offering of JOIN is the multiposting of job ads, enabled by our partnerships and integrations with hundreds of job platforms in Europe. As a partnership manager at JOIN, you play a key role in developing this offering which is critical to JOIN’s success!
Tasks
- You acquire new partners to expand our network in DACH and Europe
- You are the main contact person for job board partners, resolving questions and issues
- You negotiate purchase contracts and other partnership agreements
- You monitor performance of your partners and identify opportunities for mutual growth
- You support in refining the processes within the partnership cycle (partner acquisition & onboarding, partner marketing & management)
- You collaborate with the marketplace and sales teams to ensure the products of your partners are well marketed and sold to customers of our software
- You work with our engineering team to prioritise and support building new integrations
Requirements
- You are an articulate communicator and equiped to negotiate and navigate complex deals
- You are analytical and use data to inform your decisions
- You are able to understand different business models and identify synergies / win-win situations with potential partners
- You have experience in working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot and / or Salesforce
- You have 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership or Sales
- You are fluent in English and German, any other European languages are a big plus
- Ideally, you: have experience in the recruiting or HR-Tech industry
- Ideally, you: are experienced in querying structured datasets with SQL
