You conduct performance reviews when necessary.DEVELOP SALES AND SERVICEYou ensure a regular presence on the sales floor to support the team, set an example, and orchestrate in-store activityWith the support of the Customer Experience department, you supervise the quality of information in the customer database and determine targeted clienteling actionsYou keep abreast of trends, benchmark the competition, and analyze opportunities. You propose and implement appropriate actions to develop your storeYou work closely with the Communications Department to organize customer events for your storeYou promote Hermès by getting involved in your local community.PURCHASINGYou work closely with the Product Offer Department to define your purchasing strategy.Based on sales analysis and your knowledge of the clientele, you will make purchases for your store four times a year.OPTIMIZE OPERATIONS AND STOCK MANAGEMENTYou will optimize stock management and goods flows to facilitate customer service while optimizing stock levels and quality with the support of the Operations Department.You share, explain, apply, and enforce all internal procedures in collaboration with Internal Control.You supervise inventories and ensure that markdowns are kept to a minimum.You ensure that the store is in excellent condition at all times and suggest maintenance and refurbishment work to the branch management to improve the customer experience and facilitate operations.PARTICIPATE IN THE SWISS AND POLISH RETAIL COMMUNITYYou contribute to the life of the subsidiary by participating in various meetings organized by General Management and Retail Management, sharing the vision, ideas, and best practices implemented in your storeYou report regularly on your activitiesCANDIDATE PROFILEA sense of teamworkA focus on resultsHigh quality standardsA curious and entrepreneurial spiritAnalytical skillsOrganizational skillsGood knowledge of IT tools and great agility in using different information systemsAt least 10 years of experience in managing a commercial entity and leading a team with diverse and multicultural profilesThe ability to develop a highly demanding local and international clienteleVery good oral and written communication skills in German and English, French is a great asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
