Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budget planning and cost control.
- Prepare true-ups to monitor project progress, and provision of revenue and cost summaries for monthly closings.
- Create forecasts for future developments based on current trends and data.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with DORA and TPRM requirements, as well as contractual obligations and agreements.
- Support internal and external stakeholders throughout the vendor contract review process.
- Manage SAP Ariba workflows and coordination of intercompany reconciliations and payments.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Bring to the Team
- Previous professional experience in controlling and completed university degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance / Controlling, or a comparable qualification.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to independently understand and address complex issues.
- Careful, structured, and result-oriented way of working.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Good command of English (C1) and German (B2).
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Strong MS Excel skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
