Since 1999, DHL Consulting has been an essential part of the world’s most international company, DHL. We provide a broad range of management consulting services to all DHL business units and global functions with unparalleled access to top management. For selected clients, we also drive external projects in strategic supply consulting at some of the world’s leading companies.
People are our biggest asset. We look for curious individuals who offer fresh ideas to transform DHL’s businesses. With more than 140 employees working out of three offices in Germany, Singapore, and the USA, we work on assignments from all over the globe. Our office in Bonn, Germany employs 100 management consultants and data scientists from all over the world. Since our company language is English, almost half of our team are internationals. The role is based in Bonn offering some flexibility in terms of remote work in Germany.
What is your role
In this exciting role as an Associate Management Consultant, you'll be an essential part of our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively with colleagues on diverse consulting projects spanning various functional areas such as strategy, finance, HR, IT, and operations.
- Accelerating your learning curve by closely collaborating with a senior colleague on specific workstreams.
- Becoming a valued member of our international team, driving high-impact analyses that make a real difference for our valued customers.
- Engaging directly with senior management, fostering effective communication and collaboration to ensure your project work leaves a lasting impact, creating true value for our clients.

- Your Bachelor's degree reflects your dedication and outstanding performance in both academics and professional pursuits.
- Having garnered initial work experience, ideally through internships in professional services or project-based settings, you are ready to take on new horizons.
