  • Proactively monitor in-season block time performance, identify variances and distortions versus planned block times, and recommend adjustments to improve schedule quality and operational reliability.

  • Support the maintenance and integrity of traffic rights information within the scheduling system, ensuring required operating permissions and restrictions are accurately reflected in schedule plans.

  • Use Power BI reporting and analytical tools to support scheduling, network planning, operational performance monitoring, and decision-making.

  • Produce analyses and reports on schedule performance, block time accuracy, slot utilization, and operational trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to the delivery of seasonal, holiday, and ad hoc schedules

  • Support implementation of schedule adjustments driven by demand and fleet changes

  • Ensure schedule data remains accurate and consistent across all systems

  • Support timely communication of schedule updates to stakeholders

  • Provide regular reporting to support operational decision-making

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (airlines, hubs, airports, slot coordinators)

  • Distribute schedule information to internal and external partners

  • Support capacity and contingency planning activities

  • Maintain effective working relationships across stakeholders

  • Participation in seasonal (IATA) scheduling cycles and ongoing schedule adjustments driven by demand and fleet developments

Do you have what it takes?
