One year of specialized experience includes 1) advising senior leadership on strategies to allocate manpower authorizations; 2) implementing manpower policies to support serviced organizations; 3) reviewing historical data and policy to develop manpower survey reports; AND 4) representing an organization in interagency or multinational forums related to manpower studies.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
