Overview
In this role you engineer strategic sourcing for IFM services across the EMEA region, aligning with client needs and JLL S&P standards. You will lead savings delivery, governance, and supplier management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement outcomes. You’ll manage RFPs, risk, and compliance, and drive sustainability initiatives within the account. This position offers impact through shaping procurement strategy and strengthening multi‑national supplier partnerships.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage strategic sourcing and procurement activities for IFM service lines across the account
- Represent JLL S&P in client meetings and ensure accurate inputs and communications
- Lead negotiations and report savings delivery using the Jaggaer platform
- Oversee S&P strategic procurement planning, RFP management, bid.analysis and client governance liaison
- Coordinate resources to meet service scope with Account Director and operations teams
- Maintain supplier data, contracts, and onboarding in line with processes
- Manage framework relationships and monitor supplier performance against frameworks
- Provide regular KPI and savings reporting to client and JLL S&P team
- Support transformation activities, audits, and risk management
- Develop the supply chain to meet client needs and identify growth opportunities
- Support training and ensure awareness of S&P tools, policies and country practices
- Ensure S&P policies and contracts are current and compliant
- Develop and implement sourcing plans per country/region
- Provide transition support including site visits and supplier onboarding
- Maintain sustainability and D&I strategies for the account
- Generate QBR reports and supplier review meetings with analytics and risk tracking
- Gather stakeholder feedback and act on survey results
- Undertake RfX processes and e-auctions via Jaggaer/Bravo
- Deliver savings and manage additional purchasing projects as needed
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5 to 10 years in a similar Procurement/Sourcing role
- Deep understanding of IFM services and supplier environment
- Leadership, project and finances management experience
- Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; German preferred; other languages beneficial
- Strong PC skills with MS Office proficiency
- Experience with e-auctions, RFPs and services contracting
- Experience working with suppliers across the EMEA region
- Bachelor in business management or related field; MCIPS or country equivalent preferable
- Sourcing procedures for services contracts and supplier onboarding
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
