About The Role

You don’t just work with SAP CO — you shape how it drives business performance. Join us and take ownership of solutions, processes, and rollouts in an international environment.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Own and support the entire SAP CO landscape, ensuring stability, performance, and business value
• Design and implement processes, functions, and customizing solutions in rollout and optimization projects
• Create functional and technical concepts for SAP solutions used globally
• Lead sub-projects and act as trusted partner for key users, external consultants, and auditors
• Support testing activities (integration & regression) and deliver user trainings
• Contribute to system improvements and innovation, including S/4HANA transformation initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 5+ years professional experience, including 3+ years in SAP CO consulting
• Strong expertise in SAP CO customizing and business process understanding
• Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Finance, or comparable qualification
• Experience with ERP → S/4HANA conversions is a strong plus
• ABAP debugging/reading skills are advantageous
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex system and business dependencies

Language

• Good written and spoken English is essential
• Proficiency in German is an a plus
