We are hiring aDirector Quality Engineering NPD (m/f/d)

Your Strength

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Design Quality in a regulated industry (i.e. Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing design quality engineering teams or cross-functional teams in a product development environment
• Proven experience in managing global new product development projects and ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, CE, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of design control processes, product lifecycle management, and risk management techniques
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Your Contribution

• Ensure design controls are effectively established and tested for new product development projects
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment to meet project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance
• Develop and oversee testing strategies to ensure design validation and verification activities are appropriately planned, executed, and documented
• Ensure the design outputs meet customers’ requirements, quality specifications, and regulatory standards
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
