Senior Network Engineer m/f/d
Your strength:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in deployment and configuration and architectural design of networking technologies specific to routing, switching and general network security best practices, in which 5 years must be in customer-facing positions
- 5+ years network infrastructure design, implementation, administration & maintenance in customer-facing positions
- Strong understanding of PCBSA/PCNSE with Palo Alto Firewalls to include Panorama and Prisma Access
- CCNP or equivalent experience with Cisco switches, firewalls and routers
- High standard of quality for support and experience working in a global environment
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills & highly organized
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in both German and English
- Available for international travel
Your contribution:
- You will use your advanced troubleshooting skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve network-related issues
- You will conduct thorough technical analysis during troubleshooting, carefully document all activities and follow procedural standards
- You ensure the improvement of the existing system by adopting innovative solutions and seeking new technologies and opportunities
- You will work closely with the security team and implement robust security measures to protect the network infrastructure and data assets
- You produce detailed reports and findings for management to keep them informed of network performance, issues and solutions
