What you’ll do
Brief, plan, and execute high‑impact paid video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google App Campaigns
Own the video pipeline from end to end by leading direct‑response funnel ideation, writing compelling scripts, and building clear production briefs
Handle hands‑on studio and location videography using Sony FX series cameras and professional lighting equipment
Manage advanced post‑production, including video editing, pacing, sound design, color grading, and multi‑format exports for various ad placements
Integrate generative AI tools like Higgsfield daily to create visual assets, extend footage, and scale up high‑converting visual hooks
Work closely with creative teammates to share tasks, ensure brand consistency, and elevate overall asset workflows
Your bag of tricks
3–5 years of professional experience producing, filming, and editing conversion‑focused paid media ads, ideally for B2C mobile apps or e‑commerce
Deep hands‑on expertise with the Sony FX cinema line (FX3 / FX6), lenses, and studio lighting configurations
Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, with a sharp eye for pacing, narrative, and color
Familiarity with generative AI video tools like Higgsfield, alongside supporting platforms such as ElevenLabs, Midjourney, or Kling
Strong capabilities in scriptwriting and conversion copywriting to pitch concepts clearly on paper before shooting
Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality, estimate task times accurately, and manage multiple variations and deadlines simultaneously
Deep understanding of performance‑driven storytelling to build perfect, thumb‑stopping 3‑second opening hooks
Thrives in a collaborative, shared‑responsibility studio environment where team members support one another across creative boundaries
Right to work in the EU/Austria and based in Vienna or open to relocating

What we offer
A fair annual gross salary starting at € 45.000,00. Our final offer depends on your experience and qualifications.
25 days off per year, plus 1 extra day for every year you stick around (up to 5 extra days)
