Position Summary: Pediatric Occupational Therapist:
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist who loves working with children (ages 2–15) with developmental, emotional, sensory, or motor challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group OT sessions tailored to each child’s developmental profile
- Conduct sensory and motor assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with parents/caregivers to support carryover of therapy strategies at home.
- Participate in regular team case discussions and supervision.
- Document treatment sessions and progress reports according to clinic standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
- Eligible to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience with pediatric clients (sensory integration, motor delays, autism spectrum, etc.).
- Familiarity with developmental, relationship-based models (DIR/Floortime or similar) is a plus.
- English fluency required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
