Senior Manager IT (m/f/d)

Full‑time position at JOYNEXT – a Tier‑1 supplier to the automotive industry.

We are looking for a leader to manage and further develop our IT teams in Dresden.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop IT teams, from recruitment to performance evaluation.
• Ensure the stable, secure, and scalable operation of the IT infrastructure.
• Manage IT budgets, procure technical resources, and collaborate with external service providers.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices to support compliance and risk mitigation.
• Prioritize IT projects, allocate resources, and drive change management, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Several years of experience in IT leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing complex IT projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, systems architecture, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Preferable certifications: PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, plus strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
