What you can change – your duties
Lead the company’s efforts to implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with sustainability/ESG reporting requirements (e.g., CRSD) and standards (e.g., GRI), including reliable and auditable processes and controls for data collection, analysis and reporting.
Drive execution of project plan for sustainability/ESG reporting readiness and oversee the execution of each work stream.
Collaborate with and support consultants and functional/regional teams to conduct materiality assessment, gap analysis, data readiness review, and gap remediation.
Lead the change to (new/enhanced) systems, supported by IT, for data collection and management.
Perform business analysis when necessary to drive process changes.
Educate and guide company employees with respect to sustainability/ESG reporting requirements and company policies and procedures, including those relating to data collection, and cultivate their understanding and buy-in.
Impress us – your qualifications
Strong understanding of the sustainability/ESG reporting landscape, including CSRD / ESRS and/or GRI, and preferably of the EU Taxonomy.
Experience in project management.
Several years‘ experience (5+ PQE) in ESG reporting; combination of advisory/audit firm and corporate experience preferred.
Fluent in German and English (both oral and written).
Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and Agile project management as a plus.
Excellent drafting and presentation skills.
Skilled in financial aspects of project management and organization skills, including attention to detail, budgeting and planning.
