Join us in this exciting phase of our business expansion.Job DescriptionAs a Data Protection Specialist / Datenschutzspezialist People Lead you will work closely with our Banking Operations team to make sure we are performing across all our areas and ensure to create the best class customer experience.With a focus on individual data protection right requests, you will analyse performance data and extract data to come up with actions to constantly improve your team performance, the customer experience and the business engagement. You will play an important role in ensuring that we are compliant with the regulatory requirements and that we act as advocates for our customer.Job ResponsibilitiesBe a Service Matter Expert within team for DSGVO.Review escalated cases and support on high profile cases on a daily basis Oversee updates to processes, procedures and guidance documents. Complete quality checks on cases and reports on metricsWork closely with other Banking Ops teamsManage, review and support on delivery of materials for control committees, business forums, privacy meetings and strategy working sessionsManage deep-dive reviews of areas of emerging risk to identify issues for the business to remediate, documenting outcomes and sharing results with stakeholdersRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:In-depth understanding of data protection regulations in Germany (DSGVO)Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise between teams effectivelyExcellent organisational skills to ensure timely responses to individual right requests and incidentsProblem-solving abilities to address complex privacy-related issues and ensure compliance across teamsFluent in German and EnglishPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Experience in managing teams and projectsExperience in the German Banking LandscapeJ.P.
