Overview
In this role you will partner with LatAm advisors and the EMEA Wealth Advisory team to deliver regional priorities for ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will lead initiatives across LatAm, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deepen client relationships while ensuring compliant, tax-aware wealth strategies. You will work with professional advisors and internal stakeholders to win new business and uphold a first-class client experience. This position offers impactful exposure to cross-border wealth planning and governance in a global firm.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Collaborate with LatAm advisors to meet regional business priorities and support Wealth Advisory objectives across EMEA
- Lead LatAm initiatives (intermediary outreach, family offices, family governance, philanthropy, next-generation programs, events)
- Partner with Bankers, Investors, and Lending Advisors to deliver excellent client service
- Inform the team on strategic initiatives, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting wealth planning
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment and coordinate with JPM Wealth Advisors globally
- Identify and deliver solutions addressing client needs and stakeholders; contribute to business development ideas
- Collaborate with corporate tax, compliance, and legal teams to manage the business effectively
- Build and maintain client relationships and regional Wealth Advisory materials
- Engage with professional advisors and coordinate outreach to expand the advisor network
- Support clients in engaging their tax and legal counsel and finding appropriate advisors

- Recognised thought leader with knowledge of private client legal and tax concepts; lawyers with private client background appreciated
