Client Service Account Manager - Payments - Associate (all genders) in Krefeld

Overview

As a CSAM in JPMorgan Payments, you are the client advocate and primary contact, driving high client satisfaction through deep relationships. You will oversee service reviews, anticipate client needs, and coordinate with internal partners to ensure a seamless experience. You will analyze payment processes for efficiencies and drive process improvements in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. This role offers the chance to shape client service delivery in a global payments environment and contribute to continuous improvement.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Own the client experience across day‑to‑day relationships and anticipate servicing needs
• Maintain active service temperature for all clients in portfolio
• Identify and remediate service issues impacting the client
• Develop and execute jointly agreed service plans focusing on process improvements
• Promote electronic service tools for easy access to payment information
• Analyze end-to-end payment processes to identify efficiencies
• Support payments business initiatives to enhance client experience
• Identify and communicate opportunities for product development to Payments stakeholders
• Build strong internal partnerships (Sales, Operations, Product, other LOBs)
• Identify and escalate potential risk related to client activities
