Overview
In this role you will acquire, grow and retain profitable relationships with VC-backed technology companies in the DACH region, helping them reach their goals and maximize revenue across the lifecycle. You will work from Munich or Frankfurt and collaborate with teams across the firm to offer a full suite of banking solutions. You’ll build a strong market brand for Technology Banking and deepen relationships through cross-solution partnerships, including credit and payments. You will engage the DACH innovation ecosystem and support the Security and Resiliency Initiative (SRI), shaping strategic partnerships in defence, security and resilience.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Acquire and expand profitable client relationships in the DACH VC-backed tech sector
- Sell multiple JP Morgan banking products to high-quality prospects and clients
- Develop new business and deepen existing relationships through cross-solution collaboration
- Lead internal strategic discussions across all solutions (credit, payments, IB, risk)
- Build and promote the Technology Banking brand in the market as the leading innovation economy bank
- Leverage referrals and networks to identify diverse founders and opportunities
- Partner with investment banking, corporate banking, payments, derivatives, risk and industry groups
- Support the Security and Resiliency Initiative (SRI) and engage with the innovation ecosystem
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 6+ years of related experience
- Understanding of high growth software, applied tech, ecommerce and fintech
- Knowledge of Corporate Banking (cash management, FX) and some Investment Banking (equity raising, M&A)
- Experience financing products relevant to VC-backed tech companies
- Preferred experience with VC-backed firms in defence/security, resilience, critical infrastructure or adjacent applied technologies
- Excellent sales management and client relationship skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities with senior partners
- Ability to work in a global fast-paced environment
