Job summary
The programme is non-rotational providing you with an opportunity to develop solid relationships with your desk/team and get involved in real-time projects. Be prepared to be flexible, learn quickly, and act on your judgement; there's a lot to absorb, but you'll benefit from the support of dedicated junior and senior staff members who will help you integrate into your team and answer any questions you may have throughout the programme.
You will participate in a performance management process where you will set and monitor your goals and objectives. Alongside the learning curve of your main role, you’ll gain a different perspective of the firm through desk based training, business presentations and various networking opportunities.
Job responsibilities
- Supporting the initial screening of investment opportunities (single assets / portfolios with a focus on office, residential, logistics/ industrial)
- Cash-flow modelling & financial analysis
- Conducting asset/market specific research
- Compiling internal memoranda and presentations to support investment decisions
- Participate in a performance management process where you will set and monitor your goals and objective
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Being a penultimate year student
- Expected graduation date of December 2026 to June 2027
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - fluency in German and English is essential
- Logical thinking and quantitative skills, excellent attention to detail, good level of numeracy is required
- Flexibility, teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle pressure
- Strong knowledge in corporate finance and Excel (financial modelling)
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Studies of Business Administration, Finance or similar preferred, but not required – applicants from all disciplines are welcome
- Previous experience in real estate investment, M&A, private equity or management consulting a plus
