The movodis SA Holding is the result of a merger of three emblematic mobility companies from the canton of Vaud: LEB, Travys and MBC. Human Resources Director (M/F, 80-100%)

Missions and responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the management committee, your main mission will be to define and clarify the human resources strategy within the group (and for the subsidiaries) and to ensure the proper conduct of HR processes.
To do this, you will identify, together with management, the strategic HR priorities (talents, succession, critical skills, etc.) and lead the resulting actions and projects. You will also be responsible for the unit's budget.
You will also ensure change management by guaranteeing the creation of a common identity and culture within the group and promoting its adoption. You will standardise and harmonise all HR processes in order to simplify activities, but also to strengthen the common culture.
You will also be responsible for monitoring, developing and harmonising collective labour agreements as well as ensuring compliance with common and professional HR standards.
Finally, you will manage the HR team (around 10 people) composed of specialists and generalists, and ensure the establishment of a true team spirit and the unification of all employees by bringing them together around a common mission and acting as a role model.
Profile sought
For this position, we are looking for a person with higher education in human resources, complemented by other training related to change management/systemic organisational development, business economics and/or in the field of social insurance/pension funds.
At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar position (HR management of a large operational unit, development and integration projects) is expected, as well as experience in relations with trade unions and management of collective labour agreements (negotiations, compliance with rules and specificities).
Furthermore, successful experience in the cultural and organisational transformation of a company is desired. In terms of languages, fluency in French is essential, as well as good knowledge of German (B2 level ideal) and English (minimum B1 level).
