Tasks and responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the management committee, your main mission will be to ensure the operational functioning of IT tools and their development, as well as to guarantee a high level of security.
To do this, you will define the IT strategy and the integration strategy of the subsidiaries' IT tools (architecture, digital roadmap, harmonisation of practices).
You will also define and manage the IT project portfolio by establishing appropriate procedures and respecting the priorities set by management. You will also be responsible for managing the IT unit's budget.
Furthermore, you will supervise the IT team and be responsible for its development according to the Holding's objectives, in the short, medium and long term.
Finally, you will ensure and guarantee the support, quality and security of tools and infrastructures.
Profile sought
For this position, we are looking for a person with a degree in computer engineering (or equivalent), complemented by training in digital transformation management. Additional training in project management and/or business management are also assets.
At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar position (management of IT teams, project management and steering, infrastructure security and cybersecurity), preferably in the public transport sector, is expected.
Moreover, successful experience in digital transformation in an industrial or transport context is desired. Language-wise, fluency in French is essential, as well as good knowledge of German (B2 level ideal) and English (minimum B1 level).
