Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect specializing in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) within the Life Sciences industry. The role requires leading HRSD implementations , driving solution design , and ensuring the platform aligns with business objectives. This position involves defining technical architecture , analyzing new requirements , and ensuring best practices are followed in the ServiceNow ecosystem .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary Solution Architect for all ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
2. Define and document the platform architecture and technical solution .
3. Ensure all designs follow ServiceNow best practices and HRSD implementation guidelines .
4. Drive the technical roadmap and enhancement strategy for the HRSD module.

2. Requirement Analysis & Impact Assessment

1. Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze new requirements.
2. Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on the ServiceNow platform and HR workflows .
3. Ensure seamless integration with existing HR systems and third-party applications.

3. Best Practices & Documentation

1. Lead HRSD process optimization , ensuring alignment with industry standards .
2. Maintain high-quality technical documentation , including design specs, data models, and workflows .
3. Ensure compliance with Life Sciences industry regulations and data security policies .

4. Technical Leadership & Collaboration

1. Lead development teams , providing technical guidance on HRSD configurations and customizations.
2. Collaborate with HR, IT, and Compliance teams to drive successful HRSD adoption.
3. Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and performance tuning .

Key Requirements:

1. Experience & Expertise:

5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Lead / Solution Architect specializing in ServiceNow HRSD .

Strong background in HR Service Delivery processes and best practices .

Experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Hands-on experience with HRSD modules including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Employee Experience, and Virtual Agent .

Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, integrations, and platform architecture .

2. Technical Skills:

Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities , HRSD configurations , and customization .

Strong understanding of HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) and their integration with ServiceNow.

Ability to troubleshoot performance issues, security configurations, and data governance .

3. Certifications (Preferred):

Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Optional but highly preferred).

4. Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess impact and design scalable solutions.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
