Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to define and maintain the IT architecture for a complex global ServiceNow implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT architecture and development, with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, solution consultants, and development teams to drive innovation, best practices, and technical excellence in ServiceNow solutions.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience: 8+ years in IT architecture and development on ServiceNow.
2. Expertise: 2+ years as a ServiceNow Platform Architect .
3. Strong understanding of Agile environments (Scrum-based projects).
4. Experience in application development lifecycle and integrations (SOAP, REST, JDBC ).
5. Knowledge of SQL, Databases, Linux OS, Security & Networking .
6. ServiceNow Administration experience, including:
7. Service Catalog Items, Orchestration, and Discovery (MID Server).

Responsibilities:

1. Define, implement, and maintain the IT architecture target picture for a complex ServiceNow implementation.
2. Act as a technical consultant , engaging with customers to define application needs and design innovative solutions.
3. Lead application customization & development , providing guidance to solution consultants.
4. Develop application prototypes in a lab environment and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) .
5. Act as a thought leader in ServiceNow best practices, collaborating closely with Product Management and the ServiceNow community.
6. Participate in executive briefings, workshops, and Architecture Board meetings to align architectural strategies.
