Salesforce Solutions Architect – (Salesforce)

We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join a leading digital transformation team supporting enterprise-scale initiatives in the Telco and Energy sectors . This hybrid role requires occasional travel to Manchester and offers the chance to lead cutting-edge Salesforce & Vlocity solutions for high-impact business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce/Vlocity solution design across B2C and B2B platforms
• Drive architecture for Salesforce Industries (SFI) including EPC, CPQ, and OmniStudio
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable architecture frameworks
• Influence senior stakeholders up to C-Suite level
• Shape and align with enterprise architecture and product roadmaps
• Lead agile delivery teams and guide integration with back-end systems and APIs (e.g., TMF 622)
• Drive innovation across Energy, Comms & Media clouds and mentor internal stakeholders

Ideal Profile:

• 10+ years in Salesforce Architecture, including Vlocity (Salesforce Industries)
• Experience across multiple enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
• Strong Telco, Utilities, or Energy domain knowledge
• Proven delivery across EPC , OmniStudio , and CPQ components
• Stakeholder management and influence at executive/strategic levels
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps delivery environments
• Knowledge of TM Forum APIs and product catalogs is a plus
