Location: Germany (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

Overview:

We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Portfolio Manager specializing in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) . This role is pivotal in collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Product Owners to drive the development of innovative HCM solutions .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Ownership:

• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll , Organization Management (OM) , Personal Administration (PA) , and Time Management (TM) configuration.
• Expertise in handling and troubleshooting SAP HCM functional & technical tickets/issues .
• Act as a proxy for the Product Owner , representing the vision, priorities, and objectives of SAP HCM.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to understand and communicate SAP HCM goals, features, and priorities.
• Lead and inspire a dedicated SAP HCM Area , ensuring smooth collaboration and successful feature delivery.
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and QA professionals .
• Experience in SAP HCM PY, OM, PA AMS support and Implementation .

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Human Capital Management processes in SAP.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications .

• Engage with HR teams, business leaders, and end-users to understand needs and gather feedback on existing HCM features.
• Provide regular project updates and gather stakeholder input for continuous improvement .

• Contribute to the product roadmap , ensuring alignment with business goals and HCM priorities.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize HCM features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and user impact .

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role focusing on SAP HCM .
• Strong knowledge of HCM processes & SAP HCM modules .
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll, OM, PA, and Time Management .
• Experience handling and troubleshooting tickets/issues in SAP HCM functional & technical areas.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies & tools .
• Fluency in German (speaking & understanding).

Preferred Skills:

• SAP HCM Certification .
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HCM systems.
• Knowledge of German labour laws & HR regulations .
• Prior experience in a Germany-based organization .
