ServiceNow Architect

We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to design and implement scalable solutions within our global ServiceNow ecosystem. In this customer-facing role, you will consult with clients to understand their needs, define technical architectures, and drive innovative application development. You will play a key role in shaping our IT strategy, operationalizing architecture frameworks, and developing prototypes that showcase the platform’s capabilities.

As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and prospects to demonstrate ServiceNow’s value, provide guidance on best practices, and contribute thought leadership to the community. Your expertise in integrations, agile development, and administration will help accelerate digital transformation and optimize enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and maintain IT architecture to support long-term strategy.
2. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for complex global environments.
3. Consult with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
4. Lead proof-of-concept development and executive briefings.
5. Guide solution consultants on platform customization and application development.
6. Collaborate with Product Management and contribute to the ServiceNow community.

Key Skills & Experience

1. 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years as a ServiceNow Architect.
2. Expertise in ServiceNow administration, including workflows, ACLs, UI policies, and scoped applications.
3. Familiarity with database structures, Linux OS, security, and networking concepts.
4. Agile development experience, with the ability to work independently and solve complex challenges.
